The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star hopes her legal endeavors will be her life’s most meaningful work
“I would be just as happy working as a lawyer,” she said recently Kim Kardashian. In fact, she did not rule out the possibility of leaving the reality show and living a normal life off the screen.
The 42-year-old TV personality spoke candidly about her future in the legal world and revealed that it is something she can envision for herself and her future career.
“I’d be just as happy if I was a full-time lawyer,” she replied, when asked if she would ever consider a life away from the cameras and television.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star hopes her endeavors in the world of law will be the most meaningful work of her life. “I always joke with my mom, who’s my manager, and tell her I’m retiring and just going to be a lawyer.”
Kim’s involvement in law and criminal matters began in October 2017 when she learned about the case of Alice Marie Johnson, who had been in prison since October 1996 after being convicted of helping facilitate communications in a trafficking case drugs. Johnson believed she would be pardoned in 2016, when then-President Barack Obama pardoned 231 people in similar cases, but that didn’t happen.

When Kardashian learned of her story she posted a video related to her release. Johnson was released from prison in August 2020, but Kardashian has continued to advocate for wrongfully convicted inmates, including an incarcerated father whose daughter was killed in the tragic shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas.
In December 2021, she passed her first-year law school exams, after first revealing in May 2019 that she chose to follow in the footsteps of her late father, Robert Kardashian Sr., the lawyer who won the acquittal of OJ Simpson in his trial for the 1995 murder of Nicole Brown Simpson and her boyfriend Ronald Goldman;
“For those who don’t know my journey through law school, know that it was not easy, nor was it gifted to me,” she wrote on social media.
