She even shared with her followers a photo of the outside area of the mansion located in a luxury condominium in Granja Viana, Greater São Paulo. The also businesswoman in the cosmetics business did not provide details about the new assets, but a brokerage, which had already announced the property for some time, delivered the purchase of Bianca in the amount of R$ 18 million.
“Since everyone is asking me: yes, now this house belongs to Boca Rosa”, said the realtor in a video circulating on social networks this Tuesday (2). According to the publication, the mansion would be on the market since the beginning of last year and they have already asked for R$ 20 million.
Bianca, known as Boca Rosa, bought the property 15 days ago. “I bought my first house, which is literally a dream (this one is mine now), and one of my greatest achievements!”, wrote the BBB 20 participant in the caption of the photo in which she appears with her son Cris admiring the place.
The property has 1,100 square meters of built area and has a heated pool, gourmet space, sauna, ballroom with independent entrance, 12-seat cinema, games room, gym, 34-liter shark aquarium, coral aquarium with 7 litres. In addition, it has 4 suites, pantry, kitchen, office, laundry and kennel. The condominium where the mansion is located has a helipad, stud farm, soccer and tennis courts.
