Gerard Piqué’s visit to his children in Miami, United States, last weekend, would have been marked by a family discussion. According to the program “La Mesa Caliente”, on the Telemundo channel, the former soccer player would have argued with his ex-wife Shakira and the artist’s brother, Tonino Mebarak, would have exchanged punches with him, to retaliate.
“The news this weekend is that Shakira would have had a strong fight with her ex-husband, and the argument supposedly would have turned so violent that Tonino, the singer’s brother, appeared. It is understood that he hit Piqué to defend her sister,” said Spanish journalist Verónica Bastos, from Telemundo.
The journalist points out that the police would have been called, but no report of the incident was found. “According to rumors, the police had to intervene to stop the fight, and we have to clarify that there is no police report, because we looked for it. There is no official public report on the said incident”, completed Verónica.
At the end of the week, Piqué was seen with the children he has with Shakira, Sasha and Milan, in a pizzeria and in a hotel in Miami. This was the athlete’s first visit since the Colombian moved to the United States.
