The upcoming episode with Pete Davidson in the Saturday Night Live canceled due to the Writers Guild of America strike.
The comedian was set to return to SNL this weekend for the first time since leaving the show last year and announced that his guest would be musician Lil Uzi Vert. But NBC has since announced it will air reruns because of the strike.

In a statement, the American television network says, according to Variety: “Reruns of SNL will be broadcast starting Saturday, May 6 unless there is something new.”
It’s unclear if any new episodes will eventually air in season 48, as after May the show usually goes on hiatus for the summer.
Speaking on “The Tonight Show” earlier this week, Pete Davidson joked about the possibility of SNL being canceled. “It’s not positive because it just feeds into my weird story that I have in my head. I think they didn’t want me to present the show – it’s all about me!” write down.
