According to Nicholas Britellthe Emmy-winning composer of the hit series “Succession” of HBO, the upcoming series finale will be 90 minutes long and have the feel of a movie.
THE Mark Mylod, executive producer of the series, will direct the episode, which will air on May 28, the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Although little is known about the content of the finale, the network has confirmed that there are no spinoffs in development.

Season 4 of ‘Succession’ saw a major plot twist with the death of patriarch Logan Roy (played by Brian Cox), and then Roman and Kendall (played by Kieran Culkin and Jeremy Strong) temporarily becoming co- managing directors of Waystar Royco, with Shiv (played by Sarah Snook) participating in the decision-making process. The eventual sale of Waystar Royco to Lukas Matsson (played by Alexander Skarsgård) looms large, causing existential angst and family division among the Roy children.
