Since winning The Masked Singer Brasil (Globo, 2021) and making a professional transition from the gospel universe to pop, singer Priscilla Alcântara, 26, has had to deal with the bonus and the burden of being an increasingly famous person.

From the new boyfriend to criticism for her twerk, nothing goes unnoticed on social media – but she swears she doesn’t mind so much patrolling, for one simple reason: Priscilla doesn’t usually follow what people say about her. “I’m kind of detached, I’m not going to try to spend energy on it. I’m well resolved”, she says to the F5.

The singer even had her faith put in check when she appeared rolling while dancing to a song by Ivete Sangalo at a party. “Honestly, I don’t even know when I become a subject, neither the bad nor the good. I don’t watch Twitter anymore, I just follow my life. Before, it was complicated to deal with this lawless land internet, but today I have mental health”.

“Everyone wants to dictate how people should live and this does not only affect religion, but other areas. Many want you to meet their expectations, but I don’t care”, he adds.

Another moment that resonated was a supposed love affair between her and singer Vitor Kley, 28. In fact, both work together on some projects, but she says that the two never had anything, emotionally speaking. “We have a song we work together which is ‘Tudo Pah’. We’ve known each other for a while and we’ve always wanted to do something as a duo, we admire each other. We’ll probably do more projects”.

According to Priscilla, like it or not, the public can expect more changes and turns in her artistic way in the future, as she says she can’t be just one thing. Until next year, she intends to do many concerts and fulfill her dream of hosting a program on TVa, in addition to a new album.

“I’ve always seen my art in a free way, so I’ve always seen myself bringing news and never in the same niche. I like to evolve, innovate, test myself. I’ve always seen myself full of possibilities. My life is cyclical and I never limit myself”, he says .
