Plot: Tryfonas is an award-winning physicist. He explains everything based on logic and science. He condemns every person who believes in signs, prejudices and superstitions. But what happens when he meets Friday? A hairdresser crazy about the zodiac signs, prescient and worst of all… is her grandmother a witch? What happens when she learns that she is under a curse? A curse that will directly affect him too?

The parallel actions of the 7th FeCHA in the Hellenic American Union

In the context of 7th Athens Hispanic Film Festival – FeCHA, the Hellenic American Union hosts with the support of the Cervantes Institute its pre-festival events with a tribute to Basque cinema and the program of short films entitled “cortoFeCHA”, thus creating the ideal atmosphere of a cinematic fiesta. On Monday, May 22, at 18:30 the film “The Deer” by Koldo Almandoz from the “Basque Window: Presentation of Contemporary Basque Cinema” tribute will be screened, while at 20:15 the screenings of the short film program, cortoFeCHA, will begin. The films that will be screened on Monday are “Anablanca” by Adi Kutner Kutner, Vacation by Josemari Martínez, “The House” by Israel Medrano and “The Dream of Quino” by Santiago Erlich. All films are shown with Greek subtitles and admission to the screenings is free, without reservation.
