The American actor Vin Diesel battended an event of Charlize Theron’s “Africa Outreach project” foundation in Los Angeles and spoke to ET about the new movie “Fast X” which, perhaps, is one of the last of the popular series.

It is noted that Diesel announced at CinemaCon 2023 that the next film is scheduled for release in 2025. “The last time I told my daughter it was the last one, all I saw were tears,” the actor said. “So I have to be very careful about what I say.”

Universal Pictures’ 10th film opened worldwide on Friday, May 19, grossing more than $320 million worldwide, according to Variety.

Directed by Louis Leterrier, the actor stars, among others, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jason Statham as well as Jason Momoa, Brie Larson, Helen Mirren, Charlize Theron and Rita Moreno.

“We have such a great cast,” said the actor and producer of the film. “We try to create an environment where actors can do their best. That’s all they want. To feel supported to create unique characters. Characters that last forever. And you see that in this franchise,” Diesel added.
