The plans for a 42-story skyscraper in Dubai published by Bugatti. Created in partnership with local real estate developer Binghatti, Bugatti Residences marks the latest move into housing by a luxury car maker, following Bentley’s 61-story Miami Beach skyscraper and Aston Martin’s design of an all-black residence in New York.
Intended to be built in the Business Bay area, the skyscraper will have a spiral shape with wrap-around balconies on all levels. It will have 171 apartments, which the developers refer to as Riviera Mansions, and 11 penthouses, which they have named Sky Mansion Penthouses. Both the shape of the building and the interiors draw from the heritage of the Italian automobile industry, which was founded in 1909.
“Known for their unwavering and uncompromising commitment to excellence, Bugatti and Binghatti – two visionary brands – have unveiled their first collaboration: a pioneering real estate development in the heart of Dubai.” they said from the car industry. The complex will include a private spa, clubhouse and a “beach inspired by the Riviera». According to Bugatti and Binghatti, the entire design will incorporate the aesthetics of the French Riviera.
