He returned to AEK again Sophia Kosmas! The “yellow and black” announced the acquisition of the 29-year-old international who returns to the team for her third term.
He competed for the first time in AEK in the 2015-2016 season and returned for the 2021-2022 season. Last year he was at Olympiakos for a year, while he has been with the “red and whites” again from 2011 to 2015.
He has also played for Swiss Candi Schaffhausen (2021), Panathinaikos (2018-2020), Iraklis Kifissias (2016-2017), Markopoulos (2007-2009 and 2010-2011) and Keratea (2009-2010).

“AEK is pleased to announce the start of its collaboration with Sofia Kosmas. The 29-year-old (11/15/1993) athlete, 1.80 m tall, signed a one-year contract and returns to the AEK Women’s Volleyball team.
Sofia Kosmas started her professional career at Markopoulos (2007-2009), then wore the jersey of Keratea (2009-10), to return for one season at Markopoulos (2010-11). During the four years 2011-2015 she competed at Olympiakos, while her first term at AEK (2015-16) followed. In 2016, he transferred to Iraklis Kifissias, with Panathinaikos next transfer station (2018-2020).
In 2021 he traveled to Switzerland on behalf of Kady Schaffhausen, while in the summer of the same year he returned to AEK (2021-22). Last season he played for Olympiakos.
He has won 3 Championships and 4 Greek Cups, as well as 1 Swiss Cup, while he is an international player with our representative group.
