BBB 22: Naiara Azevedo enters and will have to conquer those who call her a bolsonarista

The country singer from Paraná Naiara Azevedo, 32, is another famous name that is part of the Big Brother Brasil 22 cabin. The artist enters the attraction exactly ten years after the beginning of her career in music, which reached its apex with the hit ” 50 reais”.

Certainly, Naiara will have to deal not only with her actions in the game, but with the political polarization that has occurred in Brazil since the 2018 elections. This is because in early 2021, Naiara participated in a meeting in Brasília (DF) alongside others artists to discuss culture with Jair Bolsonaro and other members of his government.

The artist’s arrival in reality takes place months after a real clime between her and the director, Boninho. The fact happened while Naiara was one of the competitors of the show Show dos Famosos, from the then Domingão do Faustão. The moment was rescued by fans days before the official announcement of who would be part of the Camarote.

On the occasion, the artist paid tribute to the singer Shakira with the song “Estoy Aqui”, whose chorus is a true tongue twister. Boninho, then a panel judge, challenged the artist to correctly sing the most difficult part of the song, and Naiara recited the part correctly to make the director embarrassed. However, this fact did not make their relationship collapse, on the contrary, since now she gets a chance in the reality show he commands.

The singer enters BBB 22, apparently single. In August 2021, it was the artist’s turn to announce the end of her marriage with businessman Rafael Cabral. Both were together for nine years.

Through social networks, the artist published a text in which she said that the end of the romance happened due to disagreements as a couple and that both became friends.

“It was nine years of successes and mistakes, pains and joys and a lot of respect. And it is in the name of this respect for each other that we decided, for now, to put an end to our relationship. Not because the love ended, but because we understand that our feelings turned into friendship”, read an excerpt.

In the reality show, the singer says that she will cook for her colleagues, one of her hobbies, but control her explosive way. “I know I’m crazy and a little out of control. Dangerous,” she says, laughing.

Naiara says her goal on the show is for the audience to get to know another side of her. “I want to be loved not only for the music I make, but for the human being I am,” she says.

In addition to Naiara, other names such as Arthur Aguiar and Pedro Scooby were confirmed in the cast of the 22nd edition of the reality, which premieres next Monday, the 17th. The edition marks the debut of Tadeu Schmidt in the presentation and repeats the dynamics of bringing famous and anonymous to compete for the prize.
