Jazz in the Square with the Adedeji Adetayo Sextet

The Square, the outdoor space between Areas A – B – E – H of Piraeus 260, will come alive again this year with the mini-festival “Jazz in the Square” that was inaugurated last year accompanying the festival evenings of the space. Four separate jazz groups, under the artistic supervision of the distinguished saxophonist Dimitris Tsakas, set up after the end of the performances, a jazz celebration with free entry, in a program that will extend throughout the duration of the program of Piraeus 260, from June until July 20. On Thursday June 8 in particular, the Nigerian Adedeji Adetayo, singer, guitarist and composer, brings to Piraeus Square 260 the vibrancy of African music, for three nights with afrobeat, afro jazz and afro soul & funk, music from his personal albums and special guests.
