Madonna, 64, practiced 12 hours a day before being found unconscious and hospitalized, a source tells Page Six. The Queen of Pop was dedicated to the smallest details to ensure impeccable choreography on her next world tour.
She had to be rushed to a hospital in New York City last Saturday (24). The information was disclosed by the North American website Page Six. In addition, the publication reports that the singer was intubated for at least one night before having the duct removed.
The site also found that the pop artist’s daughter, Lourdes Leon, 26, was at her mother’s side throughout the episode. The singer would already be conscious and recovering.
This Wednesday (28), Guy Oseary, Madonna’s longtime manager, shared on Instagram that his client “developed a serious bacterial infection that resulted in several days of hospitalization in the ICU”.
Named “Celebration Tour”, the tour would be the artist’s big return to stadiums and arenas after “Madame X” in 2019 and 2020. The singer intended to celebrate the 40th anniversary of her first hit single, “Holiday”, and would sing the hits that marked the four decades of history.
