Michael Imperioli bans fans who are “religious” from watching the hit movies and TV series in which he stars. The Emmy-winning actor for his role in the TV series “The Sopranos” took to Instagram in the wake of the US Supreme Court’s ruling that allows businesses to discriminate against customers based on their sexual orientation for religious purposes .

“I have decided to ban bigots and homophobes from watching ‘The Sopranos,’ ‘The White Lotus,’ ‘Goodfellas,’ or any movie or TV show I’ve been a part of,” Imperioli wrote. “Thank you, Supreme Court, for allowing me to discriminate and exclude those with whom I disagree and with whom I am opposed. USA! USA!”.

He added: “Hate and ignorance is not a legitimate point of view… America is getting dumber by the minute.” The actor also called the decision an example of the “dehumanization” of queer people.
