A brand new remix of the famous song has been released “Club Tropicana” by the legendary Wham. Produced by British DJ Sigala and producer extraordinaire, Manovski, ‘The Balearic Breeze Remix’ puts a fresher spin on the iconic hit released in July 1983, taking us back in time with his signature beat.
“Club Tropicana” was written in 1981 in Andrew Ridgeley’s living room and was the band’s second song after “Wham Rap!”. It reached number four in the UK Charts with the music video shot in Ibiza. The remastered hit was released to mark the band’s 40th anniversary on the same day as the Netflix premiere of ‘WHAM! The Documentary” directed by Chris Smith. It is noted that on July 7th a new album of their greatest hits will be released by Sony Music, entitled, ‘Wham! The Singles: Echoes From The Edge Of Heaven’.
