Carolina Ferraz complained to the Brazilian Justice for the slowness of a lawsuit that moves against Globo. Current presenter of the program Domingo Espetacular on Record, she awaits the recognition of the employment relationship and the receipt of compensation of R$ 7 million referring to labor rights since 2017.
“I think it will take another 939 million years [para ter resultado]. All labor processes are very slow, take years and run in secrecy of Justice. Therefore, I cannot comment on the action”, he said in an interview with Splash, from UOL.
After 27 years, Carolina did not have her contract renewed with Globo in 2017 and immediately filed a labor lawsuit against her former employer. In the lawsuit, the actress alleges that her employment contract was never recognized by the CLT. Because of this, Carolina Ferraz claims to have been deprived of benefits such as paid vacations and 13th salary.
In the interview, Carolina also mentions her relationship with the current broadcaster. “I’ve been on the channel for three years, now in July. I’m treated very well by the people within Record. They welcomed me in a very nice way. For now, I’m happy there, yes. “I love doing the program. I wish I could do more stories,” she acknowledged.
