After medical discharge, Stênio Garcia, 91, is already starting an exercise routine at home. In a video shared on his social network, the actor reports that his biggest fear was losing independence after facing a blood infection.

“After almost a week in the hospital, I was discharged to continue recovering at home and my fear was losing autonomy and not being able to walk again, do things alone. But my wife [Mari Saade] insisted on starting to rehabilitate me,” he says.

Now, he says he has been doing light and necessary movements for everyday life, like getting up and sitting on a chair and walking around the house. “I hope with a lot of faith and perseverance to be able to resume my routine soon”.

The artist thanked for the messages of affection during the days he remained hospitalized. “I ask that you continue in the chain of prayers and whenever I achieve more things, I will share them here with you.”

This month, the actor also underwent a facial pairing. In an interview with F5he stated that he did the procedure to return to the teles and get new jobs.

“I didn’t do the harmonization to look cute. I did it to go back to work and that’s it. I’m available in the market and I want to be remembered for a certain role. Everything I do with my body is intrinsically linked to my profession”, he explained.
