Megan Fox has announced that her first book of poetrywith Title “Pretty Boys are Poisonous” (Pretty Boys Are Poisonous), is set to be released on November 7th.

A press release for the book, which will be published by Gallery Books, a division of Simon & Schuster, states that “Fox shows her fans her wicked sense of humor through a heartbreaking and dark collection of poetry.”
In her more than 80 poems, Megan Fox captures all the ways we mold ourselves into the shape of those we love, even if that means losing ourselves in the process.”
The famous actress announced the release of the book by “uploading” its cover on her personal Instagram account. She captioned her post: “I wrote a book.”
Fox also released a statement explaining what the project means to her. “These poems were written in an attempt to ‘eradicate’ the disease that had taken root in me, because of my silence,” she said.
She added: “I’ve spent my whole life keeping men’s secrets. My body aches from the weight of their sins.
My freedom exists, it ‘lives’ on these pages and I hope that my words can inspire others to reclaim their happiness and identity by using their voice to illuminate what has been buried, but not forgotten, in darkness”.
