Larissa Manoela’s parents put their house on sale for R$ 10 million without their daughter’s knowledge

There is no sign, but the property, in a prime area in the west of Rio, has been for sale for three months by Silvana Taques and Gilberto Elias, the parents of actress Larissa Manoela.

The couple asks for R$ 10 million in cash and agrees to negotiate – but not much. The duo paid BRL 9 million for the property at the beginning of last year. The house was bought with part of the money from the sale of a mansion in Orlando, United States, in 2021. It was traded by Silvana and Gilberto for US$ 1.1 million (about R$ 5.2 million, at current quotations) .

Recently, Larissa claimed that the negotiation of the property in Orlando would have been done without her authorization, which ended up triggering the beginning of a family disagreement, which has now become public. after accusing parents of abuse in the management of her career and her assets, she broke with her relatives and decided to give up her assets, valued at R$ 18 million. Silvana and Gilberto got everything. The actress said that she will rebuild all her assets.

Larissa did not know that the house in Novo Leblon was for sale. She was informed by F5 about the offer of the property. It measures 900 square meters, has five suites, office, living and dining room, pantry, kitchen, four bathrooms, wine cellar, games room, swimming pool, sauna and an annexe for employees.

The house belonged to the Trelissa holding, in which each partner (Larissa, Silvana and Gilberto) had a 33% stake. The actress left the company, as she did with her other company, Dalari.
