Screenwriter denies Cacau Protásio and reveals embarrassment in ‘Vai que Cola’: ‘Changed for me’

by

Fired from the writing team of “Vai Que Cola” at the beginning of the month, André Gabeh denied Cacau Protásio this Friday (25) on a social network. He said that the actors started not to know who was the author of the text in recent times by decision of the group. The measure was to protect him from the persecution of the actors. Gabeh also stated that one of his scripts was rejected by Protásio.

“The scripts began to go without identification to the actors, after one of my texts, ‘O Filho do Carnaval’ was rejected. It had my name, my signature and was rejected by the actress who now says she always received the scripts no names,” began Gabeh.

He also told about the episode related to the recording of the same script. “I was present on the day of the recording and an actor, who I won’t name, made a joke with me. He made the joke because he already knew me, because we were colleagues. He didn’t know I was there and how he made that joke not knowing what the script was mine? Is he paranormal?”, mocked. “Did he assume the script was mine and then make the joke?” he completed.

Gabeh reaffirmed having suffered moral harassment backstage at “Vai Que Cola” and asked Cacau Protásio to prove that the texts, before the one that triggered all the confusion involving screenwriters and actors, did not come with the respective signatures. “She then showed the scripts before my ‘O Filho do Carnaval’ without identifying the author. This was the group’s attempt to protect me from the persecution I was suffering”, she commented.

The former BBB also said that he has suffered from the exposure, but hopes that the situation will serve as an example. “I hope that people who work behind the scenes on television don’t suffer so many humiliations anymore.”

Earlier Cacau posted a video on Instagram to counter comments he has been receiving about problems behind the scenes of the attraction. “It’s over, I won’t accept that they come to my page to attack me. I didn’t hit anyone, I don’t know him, I don’t live with him, I have no reason to like, hate or love the person. [Ele] it was never on the show, we had no relationship. Once he was on the show, he was in the audience, he came in the back and he came out the back, so it’s not the cast that doesn’t like him,” said the actress.

She stressed that she does not have the power to fire anyone, since she does not own Globo, and that the cast does not know who writes the texts because the names were not signed. Cocoa still said she was outraged by what she classified as “small talk”. The report surfaced in the wake of complaints made by the attraction’s scriptwriters, who released an open letter accusing part of the cast of asking for André’s resignation. The broadcaster is now investigating a complaint of physical aggression between a protagonist and an assistant director.
