During a conversation this Thursday night (27), Naiara Azevedo touched on a sensitive subject for Arthur Aguiar. The two were sitting outside the home of BBB 22 (Globo) talking about life when the singer asked: “Do you believe that those who love cheat?”.
Married to businesswoman and weight loss coach MaÃra Cardi, 38, the last few months of their relationship were controversial. Aguiar admitted to cheating on his wife about 16 times. They are Sophia’s parents, 3.
When caught and surprised by Naiara’s speech, Arthur Aguiar took a few seconds to respond and replied: “Yes, because I think that one thing has nothing to do with the other.” The country singer insisted on the matter and continued to speak: “Do you think that when you betrayed her [MaÃra Cardi] did you love her the same way today?”
It was not possible to hear the singer’s response as the camera that broadcast the dialogue soon changed places.
In June 2020, Cardi went public saying that she was in an abusive and toxic relationship with the actor. Arthur Aguiar admitted the betrayal, but denied that he was abusive to the woman. Despite the troubled breakup, in October of last year, they announced that they had resumed.
Last year, the artist released the song “Regue o Amor” which, according to him, is the result of all the chaos that happened next to MaÃra Cardi. “In this song I managed to put everything that happened between us in an objective and sincere way. In the last two years I went through a lot and managed to get the good part out of it. We learn a lot, evolve and become aware. A lot of people go through this, the difference is that I am exposed”, he said in an interview with F5.

On the internet, viewers commented on the moment between Naiara and Arthur. “I hate BBB cameraman, when Arthur was going to talk about betrayal with Naiara they switched cameras”, wrote one person on Twitter.
“That’s why Naiara is needed, I couldn’t imagine anyone so clueless as to ask Arthur a question about betrayal,” tweeted another netizen.
“Globo wants to clean up Arthur’s image that they cut his conversation with Naiara about betrayal proves that”, argued another viewer.
