The 15th edition of A Fazenda has kicked off. Record announces this Thursday (14) the participants and the main news of the debut edition. The reality show hasn’t started yet, but the new pedestrians are already causing outrage on the internet.

The names, announced throughout the day, are being lamented by internet users for not being “real celebrities”. Director Rodrigo Carelli disagrees: “They are famous in their niches.” That’s what presenter Adriane Galisteu also thinks: “This famous thing is very relative.”

The new developments in the program’s dynamics promise a “Root Farm”, which should resume tests from the first editions. According to Carelli, the program will be “as it was in the beginning, on the farm in Itu, only more elaborate”, with the dynamics of Ferra Peão and activities in Varanda and Baia.

During the competitions, the VAR (Video Assistant Referee) tool will be a great ally for Galisteu, who will have the help of the cameras to monitor the competitors. “VAR will put an end to this doubt among people on the internet,” she said.

At the program’s press conference, the organizers were asked about the insults and verbal attacks, carried out by Deolane Bezerra in the 2022 edition. Galisteu replied that confusion is welcome: “What’s the fun of reality? It’s having to give up, it’s have the curse”.

However, they promised that security measures and expulsion protocols are more developed after the controversies of previous years. “Each year, we learn more,” said Carelli.

The weekly program will have Prova de Fogo on Monday, Roça formation on Tuesday, Prova do Fazendeiro live on Wednesday, elimination live on Thursday, party scenes on Friday, after-party on Saturday and
coexistence and activities in Baia —space that was limited due to the pandemic in recent editions— on Sunday.

Votes for elimination continue to be unlimited, via the internet, unlike voting by CPF, released for the next edition of Big Brother Brasil (Globo). 22 people compete for the final prize of R$1.5 million, in addition to R$500,000 in competitions throughout the program.

A Fazenda is scheduled to debut next Tuesday (19). However, on Monday (18) there will be a preview, during which the 10 competitors who will participate in Paiol will be revealed. They will compete for the last four spots on the program in a dynamic that will involve public voting.
