Theatre, texts, culture and even betrayal. Miguel Falabella did not shy away from the subject that became news in Brazil since the exposure that Luísa Sonza made on open TV when she revealed the infidelity of her boyfriend Chico Moedas this Wednesday (20). On the same day, the actor and director spoke about his most intimate experiences and spoke highlighting love and fidelity.

“I don’t believe in open relationships, I think it’s strange. I prefer to keep it secret (…) The lover is a French institution; in France, everyone has a lover, but no one makes a fuss about them. It’s like having a second car for the rotation” , began Falabella

The actor, who is performing in the play “‘Kiss me, Kate – The Shrew’s Kiss”, in São Paulo, said he had cheated a lot. “Whoever does not betray, rots. There is no such thing as fidelity; it is a foolish Catholic thing. Fidelity is not sexual. Fidelity is a matter of character, of friendship. Now, if you felt attraction, had an intimate encounter, no one needs to know; nobody likes that”, he explained in an interview with the podcast, “Theorapia”, presented by Theodoro Cochrane.

Falabella highlighted that he is not a model to be followed, and whoever he came to have a relationship with, whether officially or secretly, is of no interest to anyone. “I am not a model for anyone to follow. I live according to my truths, what I believe, and my public life is related to my work; that is what I can share with people. The rest is irrelevant”, concluded the director.
