Winner of edition 7 of Big Brother Brasil (Globo), Diego Gasques, known as Diego Alemão, was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday (26) for illegal possession of a weapon in Rio de Janeiro. When contacted, he did not comment.
According to the Military Police, teams from the 23rd BPM (Leblon) were called to check the presence of an apparently altered man on the corner of Visconde de Pirajá and Gomes Carneiro streets, in Ipanema.
Upon arriving at the scene, the officers were informed that Alemão had gotten into a taxi and was heading towards Barra da Tijuca. The teams managed to intercept the car and during a search they located the revolver.
Both the ex-BBB and the gun with eight rounds of ammunition were presented at the 12th DP to record the facts. According to TV Globo, a bail of R$4,000 was set.
OTHER CONFUSIONS
In 2020, he had already been arrested after being involved in a traffic accident in Curitiba. He was charged with drunk driving, contempt and bodily harm.
The court decision said that “despite the defendant’s conduct being highly reprehensible, the crimes in theory committed do not warrant preventive detention.”
The app driver, whose car was hit by Alemão’s vehicle, was attacked with two punches to the head and a slap that caused a cut on his lips. He said in his statement that, upon being arrested, the ex-BBB man allegedly threatened the police saying: “I’m a star, the spotlight is on me, you’re nobody.” Alemão paid bail of R$7,000 and left prison.
In the same year, he was involved in a fight at a club in São Paulo. Alemão began physical aggression with two men and a general fight broke out at the time.
