Miley Cyrus she succeeded and won an injunction in court against an alleged stalker who, after his release from prison, showed up at her house. The news about the 30-year-old singer was revealed by TMZ and reported that in her legal filing she claimed that 52-year-old Alexander Kardalian arrived at her house a few days after his release from prison.
The famous artist, who recently revealed that she didn’t make a profit from her 2014 tour, also claimed that Kardalian had been sending her spam emails detailing his obsessions with her dating back to 2018. In the deposition, Miley Cyrus reported that the person asked her for money and allegedly made sexual comments about her.

The singer testified that Kardalian’s “obsessive behavior” became even more disturbing last summer when he allegedly showed up at her Los Angeles residence uninvited on two separate occasions. The person in question was allegedly removed from her home both times.
The performer claimed that Kardalian was arrested in December of last year and incarcerated at San Quentin State Prison until last August, when he was released. Miley Cyrus has claimed that the man in question allegedly returned to her property just days after being released from prison. She also claimed that Kardalian sent her a letter saying he would visit her residence immediately after his release.

Although the person reportedly visited her home, the singer’s security team alerted the police to his presence. The performer also reported that her alleged stalker was threatened with arrest if she returned to her residence in the future, although she eventually did. According to the singer, the attacker was using her home address for reasons related to health insurance. Finally, the performer pointed out that her alleged persecutor was facing serious mental health problems.

A judge signed off on the request and ordered that Kardalian no longer be allowed to contact her in any way and stay away from her music or public appearances. Miley Cyrus’ alleged stalker must also stay at least 100 meters away from the singer, as well as her home, car and anywhere she appears, at all times.
