After being cleared, Kevin Spacey receives a new accusation of allegedly forcing sexual favors

Actor Kevin Spacey, who was acquitted of nine counts of sexual crimes in July, now finds himself embroiled in a new legal case. A New York massage therapist alleges that Spacey allegedly performed inappropriate sexual favors during a massage session the actor had booked. The information is from TMZ.

According to the complaint, released this Friday (29), the Oscar winner allegedly offered extra money in exchange for sexual favors while receiving the massage. In 2016, the massage therapist claims to have been hired by Spacey to perform three 90-minute massage sessions at the New York Edition Hotel, scheduled for the months of August and September of that year. It is important to note that the actor would have used a false name to make the reservations and even used a ski mask to hide his identity during the appointment.

According to documents obtained by the website TMZ, the massage therapist claims that, during the massage session, Spacey insisted that the focus be on the buttocks. Furthermore, the actor would have pushed for yoga postures to be performed that resulted in the exposure of his private parts. Finally, he allegedly tried to force the massage therapist to touch his sexual organs against his will.

After these incidents, the professional states that he decided to no longer take reservations at the hotel where the allegations allegedly occurred.

This isn’t the first time Kevin Spacey has faced accusations. In 2016, he was accused by another massage therapist of forcing him to touch his genitals during a massage session at his residence. The actor vehemently denied this accusation, and the case was dropped after the alleged whistleblower died during the investigation.
