The ranch of the famous actor Sylvester Stallone in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, is changing hands two years after adding it to his portfolio.

According to district records, the new owner is legendary musician John Fotkertywho paid $17.2 million compared to his original asking price of $22.5 million and a million less than what Stallone paid when he bought it in the spring of 2022.

Tucked away at the end of a secluded road in the famous Los Angeles location, the star’s former ranch consists of the main house, a self-contained guest house and an impressive four-stall barn with a private riding area. The estate is surrounded by more than 100 fruit trees, and has a swimming pool and an organic vegetable garden.

Stallone’s ultra-luxurious mansion with bright interiors designed by Martin Lawrence Bullard features, among other things, four bedrooms and six bathrooms, a movie theater, a gym with wall mirrors, a dining room with a fireplace and a kitchen with high-tech appliances.

According to the Robb Report the actor and his wife Jennifer prefer to stay in Florida where they recently acquired a $35 million Palm Beach mansion.
