MC Guimê says he doesn’t want Lexa’s help to pay off debt in process: ‘I don’t want her to pay’

MC Guimê made a statement, on Friday night (27), about alleged outstanding accounts with his ex-wife Lexa. In a text published in the stories of his Instagram profile, he claimed that there are lies circulating on social media about him having refused to pay the severance payments of his or the funk company’s former employees.

“I’m just not talking to her anymore. In my lack of answers, she and her people probably jumped to this conclusion. They are spreading this lie to pretend to be ‘victim’/’injustice'”, he wrote.

In another part of the statement, Guimê comments on the debt on a property valued at R$2.2 million. Due to the marriage under community property regime, Lexa was involved in the process and the Court would have asked her to pay the debt. “I never wanted or asked her to pay. It was a request that came from the Court, not mine. I bought the property so we could live together. We had good and happy times there. But, unfortunately, because it was a contract full of flaws, this The fight has been going on in court to this day. Even though when we got married we said that ‘we would be together in joy and in sadness, in riches or in poverty, in health or in sickness’, I don’t want her to pay for this process”, he stated.

The artist hopes that the issue will be resolved soon, as there is still room for appeal. “I will continue in this battle without wanting anything that is hers.”

After back and forth, Mc Guimê and Lexa announced their separation in September.
