After having her house in São Paulo robbed on Saturday (29), actress and singer Mariana Rios vented on social media on Monday night (30).
She recalled the effort she made at the beginning of her career to buy a television. During the installation, which was done improvised because she didn’t have the money to pay for the service, the device fell and broke.
At the time, Mariana called her family crying and heard a striking phrase from her father: “Nothing much happened to you. This is just an object.”
Two weeks after that, the actress started doing soap operas and life changed.
According to her, the episode of the broken TV was never forgotten and to this day she is grateful every time she manages to buy something with the money from her work.
Mariana highlighted the sentimental value of each object, but said that this is not the most important thing in life.
“It’s not a cool experience,” he said of the robbery, citing images showing the invasion of his home. “But I’m grateful because I wasn’t there. What we take away from this life is only our spiritual evolution”, he added.
