Matthew Perry lived his last three years in a house in Los Angeles, which was simpler compared to his previous residences. It was also there that he spent his last moments of life, as he was found dead in the house’s hydromassage pool last Saturday (29).
Before enjoying moments in his last home, Matthew lived in a mansion in Malibu, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, which was worth US$20 million (around R$100 million) and was sold for around R$75 million. According to People magazine, the house has two floors, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an outdoor hot tub area and a movie theater.
The house where the “Friends” star moved and lived his last moments has only one floor spread over 280 square meters, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The whirlpool is in a large garden, overlooking the sea.
Matthew paid US$6 million for the property, around R$30 million.
In 2021, the actor sold a penthouse in the Century Tower building, in Los Angeles, for the equivalent of R$108 million in the period. The apartment had been purchased in 2017 and has panoramic views, a large, planned living room, four bedrooms, six bathrooms, two closets and a fireplace.
Matthew died last Saturday (29) in the hot tub at his home. The conditions of death have not yet been fully concluded by police.
