Patrícia Ramos says she was chased by a man inside a store in the United States: ‘Scary’

Presenter Patrícia Ramos used social media in the early hours of this Sunday (5) to report a scare that occurred inside a store in New York, United States. The influencer said that she was chased by a man and that she feared a more serious situation in the episode, which she considered very strange. “I had the feeling that he was filming me and passing it on to someone else. It was scary,” she recalls.

“I saw a coat on a table. Then, a man approached me and said it was his coat. I apologized and walked away. After about five minutes, he came after me saying he was going to give me the coat as a gift. He said that I didn’t need it, but the boy insisted. I didn’t see any harm at the time and I accepted”, began Patrícia.

She then reported that she continued walking around the store and when she least expected it, the man approached her again with the excuse of checking if she had left any belongings in her coat. “But I thought it was very strange because he came with his cell phone in my face, as if he was filming me. I immediately took it out and handed the coat back to a security guard.”

“The guy was hanging around the entire store, the whole time. He was clearly filming me, taking photos and sending them to someone. I was very nervous because it was very scary. I felt completely invaded and unable to do anything. I was scared.” , recalled Patrícia, who took the opportunity to issue a warning to her followers: “It’s more than obvious that we can’t accept anything from strangers on the street. But the situation was happening and I didn’t even notice. Crazy. It was horrible”, she commented the presenter.

Before leaving for the United States, Patrícia filed a protective order against her ex-husband, businessman Diogo Vitório. According to a statement issued by the law firm that represents the presenter on October 31, she was a victim of domestic violence, fraud with fraudulent misrepresentation, among other crimes.
