Actor Nicolas Cage during a recent interview he finally revealed his thoughts on the memes created by his various film roles. The famous actor stressed that he felt “disappointed” by the memes.

In promotion of the upcoming comedy “Dream Scenario” by A24Nicolas Cage in an interview with “The Guardian” noted that he struggled when he discovered that he was becoming a source for memes on the Internet.

“I might have been the first actor to be mimed,” Cage said. “One person had picked from all these different movies where I had meltdowns, but without any respect for how the character got to this point. I was frustrated because I didn’t know what people were getting out of the movies other than thathe said.

“I didn’t understand how to process what was happening. I got into acting because I was moved by film acting more than any other art form. I didn’t get into movies to be a meme. This was something new. I adaptedhe emphasized.

“I thought maybe they would prompt someone to go back and see the movies. But I had no control over it” explained.
