Christie’s will be hammering out jewelry worth a fortune next month, and some of it is one-of-a-kind.

British auction house ‘reveals’ jewels to be sold at annual auction Magnificent Jewels, which will be held at the NYC showroom on December 6, in New York City. The sale will include distinguished jewels from houses such as Cartier, David Webb, Graff, Bulgari and Harry Winston.

However, the top piece is undoubtedly a pair of diamond earrings called ‘California Sunset’. The dazzling lot features a rare pair of fancy orange-yellow diamonds of 12.20 and 11.96 carats, along with oval and marquise brilliant diamonds. The stones are set in platinum and experts estimate the colorful pair could sell for between $7 million and $12 million.

A 3.49-carat vivid cushion-modified brilliant blue diamond is another top set in a polished platinum ring, which can fetch up to $5.5 million. A 7.31-carat Burmese ruby ​​and diamond ring has the auction’s third-highest estimate, expected to fetch $1 million to $2 million.
