The countries that will take part in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 have been announced. which will be held in Malmö, Sweden next May.

According to the EBU announcement, 37 public broadcasters will take part in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024, which will be held in Malmö. The 68th Competition, organized by the EBU and Sweden’s SVT, will be held at the Malmö Arena on 7, 9 and 11 May 2024.

Of the 37 countries taking part in the biggest music festival, 31 will compete in two semi-finals. From each semi-final, 10 countries will emerge, who will participate in the grand final with the ‘Big 5’ (France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom) and host Sweden.

The 36 countries represented in the 2023 contest will be present next year, along with RTL from Luxembourg, which will participate for the first time since 1993.

However, according to the EBU announcement, Romania’s participation is currently not confirmed to participate next year, while discussions with TVR about its possible participation continue.

It is recalled that Greece will be represented at the Eurovision 2024 competition by Marina Satti. It should be noted that in 2024, Greece will complete 50 years of participation in the Eurovision contest, as its first appearance was in 1974.
