BTS is urging their fans not to show up at the camps when they report for their military service.

Four members of BTS have asked fans not to gather outside the camps when they begin their mandatory military service.

K-pop stars worry that the presence of large numbers of fans may disturb other soldiers and their families.

The group’s record label BigHit Music has announced that RM, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook are expected to report to the military next week. Three of the oldest members are already serving in the military.

South Korea is still technically at war with North Korea, so military service is mandatory.

BTS’ record label has asked fans not to visit the camps to prevent any safety accidents caused by congestion.
