Dimitris Skarmoutsos with “Geitonies sto Piato” this Sunday, December 10, visit Neo Heraklion, a tasty destination with many options!

In this quiet neighborhood of the Northern Suburbs there are many shops that took root and developed.

Among them stands out “Afropsaro”, a shop that was envisioned by the owner, Mr. Vakis, a few years ago and is now the most famous seafood restaurant in the area. The menu has many different options, some more classic, some more modern, dishes more Greek and others more “teased” and with them a large collection of wines from the Greek and foreign vineyards.

Then we meet “Serial Grillers”, it is the project of two brothers, which started out of necessity during the quarantine. The concept was simple. Fluffy bun, juicy beef burger and a few more quality ingredients that all together gave the perfect burger!

The next stop is at “Hochlios”, a shop that has changed roofs 3 times without ever leaving Neo Heraklion. Today it is in its best form offering Cretan family cuisine curated by father and daughter.
