According to the website TMZ, the actor is dating singer Jewel Kilcher and the relationship appears to no longer be a secret due to a recent trip to the British Virgin Islands, in the Caribbean. The two spent most of the time together and even exchanged affection in public.
Kevin and Jewel were on Richard Branson’s Necker Island when they were spotted by several tourists. The two were part of a fundraiser for the Inspiring Children Foundation. Jewel is one of the organization’s founders, and Kevin was one of the special guests.
“There was definitely something going on. They were flirting, and when they were together, it was like they both just lit up,” a source told TMZ.
Jewel even mentioned Costner on social media when talking about the event: “Every year, my foundation and I go to Necker Island to help organize a tennis event to raise funds for our children. Kevin Costner was kind enough to guide our children this year, and Sir Richard was his usual inspiration, who also plays a cruel game of doubles!” he joked.
Costner and Jewel’s advisors were contacted by several American press outlets, but they did not respond to requests. The ‘Yellowstone’ actor divorced earlier this year after 18 years of marriage to Christine Baumgartner. The two fought in court for months over issues related to alimony and custody of their three children.
