It will be put into partial operation from next Saturday (12/2) the ski resort 3-5 Wellsas stated in today’s announcement by the company “Mountain Tourism IKE Ski Center Services”, which leased it for the next 23 yearsafter an auction process conducted by the municipality of Naoussa.
Specifically, the visitors of the ski center will be able from next Saturday to use their sliding lifts Σ1, Σ2, Σ3, after the required inspections have been carried out as provided by law and the necessary maintenance work has been done, as well as the Lift Bar, at the base of the S2 lift.
With the end of this winter season, the company states that the necessary works will begin to return to full and reliable 12-month operation, all the facilities of the 3-5 Pigadia ski center.
The 3-5 Pigadia ski center is located on the west side of Mount Vermion, at an altitude of 1430-2005 meters, and is 17 km from Naoussa and 15 km from Agios Nikolaos. Among other things, it has slopes for every degree of difficulty, one endurance road (3.5 & 10 km) and six lifts (one aerial, four sliding and one children’s), while it is the only one with serious artificial snow infrastructure.
It is recalled that for almost two years the ski resort did not operate, mainly due to measures to prevent the spread of covid-19.
