On the afternoon of 26-10-2025, 6 minors aged 14 and 15 were arrested by the Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Crimes of Moschatos – Tavros, who attacked a 13-year-old boy with punches and kicks in a park in the area of ​​Moschatos.
A case file was filed against them for bodily harm to a weak person as an accomplice, while the case file also includes 9 minors.
In particular, in the afternoon hours of 25-10-2025, the 6 defendants, together with 9 others of their age, approached the 13-year-old in a park in the area of ​​Moschato and after throwing him to the ground, attacked him with punches and kicks in various parts of his body, resulting in physical injuries.
Police officers of the Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Crimes of Moschatos – Tavros, after a preliminary investigation, identified the 6 accused and arrested them, in the afternoon hours of 10-26-2025, in the area of ​​Moschatos.
In addition, their parents were also arrested for neglecting to supervise their minor children.
Indicative of the audacity shown by the defendants, is the fact that after the completion of the attack against the 13-year-old, one of the perpetrators approached him and slapped him in the face.
The arrested were taken to the competent Prosecutor.
