Sandra Bullock sells two-bedroom apartment for R$23 million; see photos

The American actress and producer Sandra Bullock, 57, sold her apartment in the Sierra Towers condominium – known for being home to several celebrities – in Los Angeles, California, for R$ 23 million.

The property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a panoramic view of the city of Los Angeles. According to the website TMZ, the actress would have bought the apartment in 2014 and for US$ 3.55 million, which is equivalent to about R$ 18 million, and made some renovations.

Bullock’s apartment was on the 22nd floor, and has open, well-lit areas. Celebrities like Courteney Cox, Elton John, Adam Sandler, Kelly Osbourne, Cher and Lindsay Lohan once lived in the same condominium.

Actress Lindsay Lohan, 35, famous for her roles in “Mean Girls” (2004) and “Cupid” (1998), became known at the scene after the pipes in her apartment burst and water flooded the entire property. .

It was recently announced that Sandra Bullock’s adolescence will be portrayed in a new Amazon Prime Video series, produced by the actress alongside screenwriter friend Akiva Goldsman (from “A Beautiful Mind”) and singer-actor John Legend.

According to the American magazine Variety, the production will be a dramatic comedy that takes place in the 1980s, in the United States. Without many details revealed, and still untitled, the series will deal with a young misfit (who would be Bullock) in search of love and an identity of her own.

It should also feature dance and fantasy numbers, dealing with subjects such as mental illness, drag queen culture and AIDS – “a story about getting rid of shame and living without limits”, as the production description says.
