The São Paulo Court of Justice ordered that Ana Hickmann and Alexandre Correa’s debt with a bank be paid within three days. The decision was issued last Wednesday (13) and determines that, if the established time is not met, the couple will have their assets seized.
The debt is R$1,683,771.22 with Bradesco bank. In addition to the debt, they must also pay court costs and legal fees. In case of full payment on time, the amount of legal fees may be reduced by half.
As published by Sheet, Ana is carrying out a detailed survey of the debts accumulated by the companies she had in partnership with her husband, Alexandre Correa. Preliminary data shows that even the Hickmann Kennel, maintained by her, accumulates debts of R$6,909.59.
The presenter’s press office told the F5 that she will not comment on the decision. Bradesco bank did not respond.
The amounts of debts of the other companies are as follows: R$ 19,214,533.22 in the name of Hickmann Serviços Ltda., R$ 4,251,640.55 in the name of Hickmann Comércio e Confecções Ltda., R$ 237,792.35 in the name from CH Fashion, R$44,832.36 in the name of Hickmann Franchising and R$2,306,333.62 in the name of Hickmann Moda Fashion.
