On December 18, 1963, in the small town of Sonny, Oklahoma, USA, William Bradley Pitt was born, a little boy who was destined to become one of the most famous actors and most charming men on the planet.

Brad Pitt turns 60 today – unbelievable – and looks better than ever. He is clearly the kind of man who gets better with age, like fine wine.

Pitt, as a young actor, tried in the 80s to establish himself in the field by doing “passes” in films that did not become hits, he appeared in four episodes of the soap opera Dallas, and even a guest appearance in the series 21 Jump Street.

Various supporting roles in television series and telefilms followed and suddenly – boom! The 1991 he played the unknown traveler who seduces Geena Davis in the film Thelma & Louise , his first major role in Hollywood! In fact, the love scene with Geena Davis is considered to have established Pitt as a sex symbol.

Hollywood found its next leading man and women all over the planet found their new love.

This was followed by leading roles in major productions such as the films A River Runs Through It (1992) and Interview with a Vampire (Interview with the Vampire, 1994).

He earned his first Golden Globe nomination for the film Legends of the Passion (Legends of the Fall, 1994) co-starring Anthony Hopkins.

In 1995 he starred in the successful crime thriller Seven by David Fincher and in the film The Twelve Monkeys (12 Monkeys) which earned him his first Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor and his first Oscar nomination.

Four years later, he starred in the cult film Fight Club and 2001 to box office success The Gang of Eleven (Ocean’s Eleven) and in the two sequels Ocean’s Twelve (2004) and Ocean’s Thirteen (2007).

In 2008 he received his second Oscar nomination for the film The Incredible Story of Benjamin Button (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button) and in 2012 his third nomination for Moneyball.

He married two of the most beautiful Hollywood stars (Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie with whom they have six children).

She went through a high-profile divorce and continued to mature and… beautify.

Now, Pitt has his own production company, Plan B Entertainment, which includes the production of the Academy Award winners for Best Picture, The Informant (The Departed, 2007) and 12 years slave (12 Years a Slave, 2013).
