Zilu argues with Zezé Di Camargo’s brother on social media: ‘Stop being indirect’

Zilu Godoi used social media to respond to a hint made by his ex-brother-in-law, Welington Camargo, Zezé Di Camargo’s brother, about the family’s end-of-year celebrations.

It all started with a video published by Welington on Instagram, with hints at his ex-sister-in-law, without mentioning her name, but talking about “victimism”. He refers to the news that Zilu had canceled the family Christmas and New Year parties because of his children’s fight with Graciele, Zezé’s current wife.

“I saw someone there saying that they weren’t going to spend Christmas with their family, saying that they destroyed their entire family, with victimism, to appear as a victim. The story isn’t like that. The truth is that everything was already agreed, that the end of Everyone’s year would be like this. There’s nothing like ‘oh, I’m not going because I destroyed the family’. It’s nothing like that, everything was already agreed on how that person’s Christmas would be”, said Zezé’s brother.

“You don’t know the real reason why everything happened. It’s impossible for you to say you love someone and hate that person’s family,” he added. “I’m tired. I have to tell you the truth. Compare our Christmas now, everyone together, nephews, brothers, and compare the other person’s Christmas.”

After that, Zilu went to his personal Instagram stories to refute the hint, directly citing his ex-brother-in-law. “Mr. Wellington Camargo, don’t keep sending me indirect messages, because here I speak straight and straight and this message is for you”, she began. “Don’t just sit around and say that you know the truth. You don’t know any truth, no one knows any truth. For this, Justice will resolve this.”

“I said I’m not going to spend Christmas with my family. My family is my children, my grandchildren, my daughter-in-law, my sons-in-law, my mother and my brothers. I said I wasn’t well, my immunity was low, I was feeling ill , and I really am, that’s why I’m not going to Brazil, because my immunity has gone down. At no point have I attacked any family, stop being there sending indirect messages and tell the truth”, he said.

Zilu also questioned why Zezé’s brother doesn’t look for her directly to talk. “We had agreed to spend Christmas at Wanessa’s house [Camargo], everyone, and you don’t know that. Wait for things to happen before you come and protect someone and say you know the whole truth. I’m sure you don’t know. Here’s a tip, Wellington. Come to your senses, boy. Shut up, it’s better for you.”

The confusion continued with a rejoinder from Zezé’s brother. “Do you really want me to tell the truth? I will. Your brother died, you weren’t able to have your brother’s body embalmed. My brother, even though he was separated from you, was the one who paid to take him to Goiânia. Your father died, you didn’t come to the wake, just to avoid paying for airfare, and many other things”, he said.

Afterwards, Welington said that Zilu offended one of her children, which she denied in the stories. The country singer’s ex-wife said that, in relation to her brother and father, she received help from her ex-husband because of his wishes, as she was shaken by the situation. “Zezé has always been a guy who took care of the entire family,” she explained.

A few hours later, Zilu returned to stories to say that his ex-brother-in-law “wants the spotlight.” “I realized that you want the spotlight. You were a deputy, you were a pastor and, today, you are missing from everything. You want to be in the media. I’m sorry, but I’m not going to give you that opportunity.”
