The American actress made a personal assessment of the year, Jennifer Love Hewitt. With a photo of her without a trace of makeup, she revealed in her post on Instagram that in 2023 she experienced many personal difficulties, which she did not want to share publicly.

“This year I’ve been through a lot that no one knows and I’m grateful”the actress began her post. “I had a wonderful time at home with my children. I learned to cook better. I learned that it’s okay to take time for myself mentally, physically and emotionally. I prayed a lot, laughed more than ever…and learned to love exercise for the benefit of my mental health. I risked myself for my biggest dreams. I faced grief and was able to let some go.”pointed out, among other things, the actress, who shares her three children with fellow actor, Brian Hallisey.
“I felt my mom around us and saw signs that she was. I said goodbye to things that don’t help positivity in my life. I made room for many good things in 2024. I celebrated 10 years with my man. I got some tattoos. And I really let him teach me what I needed to learn. And so, here I am. Happy, blessed, grateful and full of hope.
