Businessman Alexandre Correa, who last year was accused by Ana Hickmann of bodily harm and domestic violence, went to court with a request for the presenter’s arrest for alleged parental alienation and failure to comply with a court order. He alleges that she did not hand over the couple’s 9-year-old son to him on the date stipulated by the court.

O F5 had access to the document contained in the Court of Justice of the District of Itu, filed by judge Renata Cristina Rosa da Costa Silva. In it, signed on December 19th, it was determined that the boy would stay with his father between January 3rd and 10th, with pickup at 9am and return at 6pm, with the paternal grandparents being responsible for picking up and returning the child to the maternal home.

According to the arrest request, sent this Thursday (4) to the TJ-SP, Ana refused to hand over the child to live with her father.

According to Alexandre’s version, she would have only allowed a quick meeting for a late afternoon snack by claiming that she was going to a beach with friends and taking the minor along.

Therefore, the businessman’s defense says they understand that she should be arrested red-handed for non-compliance with a court order and parental alienation. When contacted, Ana Hickmann did not comment. Her office had also not responded to requests until the publication of this text.

DEBT AND FIGHT IN COURT

Alexandre called, through a notice filed with the Court, a meeting with the creditors of the company he owns with the presenter for the next 18th, at 8:30 am. His idea is to try to reach an agreement to end the numerous lawsuits against the company for debts.

According to Enio Martins Murad, the businessman’s lawyer, Alexandre will try to transfer some properties he owns. According to him, the now ex-couple’s assets are around R$50 million. Ana and Alexandre are married under partial property regime.

“As Alexandre owns 50% of the company’s value, it is up to him to settle the debts corresponding to this amount (around R$15 million). The debts corresponding to Ana Hickmann’s share must be settled by her”, says the lawyer . When contacted, the presenter did not comment, but her team has already said that the case remains secret and cannot provide information.
