Ana Hickmann says her former right-hand man helped her ex-husband with forgery and earned R$100,000

Presenter Ana Hickmann denounced her former right-hand woman, Claudia Helena, for ideological falsification and for allegedly helping her ex-husband, Alexandre Correa, to embezzle money from the company she maintains.

The complaint was made to the DEIC (State Department of Criminal Investigations) of the São Paulo Civil Police, which has been investigating the incident since last month. In a statement to F5through her advisor, Ana Hickmann confirms the complaint and says that the evidence was taken to the police.

Claudia Helena, through her lawyers, denies any problem and says that the accusations made by Ana Hickmann are not true.

According to the presenter, Claudia Helena had been her advisor for 13 years and they had known each other since before. Their relationship of trust was such that Claudia went on personal trips with the presenter.

When Alexandre attacked Ana after discovering her financial situation and the embezzlement he allegedly made in November last year, the presenter hired a company to carry out an audit of the accounts of Hickmann Serviços Ltda, to find out in depth the size of the problem.

During the scan, according to Ana, there were two situations. “Among these acts, a transfer of R$100,000 was found from the company’s bank account to Cláudia Helena, as well as a contract that has the false signature of Ana Hickmann, whose witness is the former employee”, says Ana Hickmann in exclusive statement to F5 via consultancy.

All this evidence has already been attached to the case, stated Ana Hickmann and her defense. “The investigation of all the facts and those involved is being conducted by the courts”, concluded the presenter in a statement. Claudia Helena will be called to testify by DEIC to present her defense.

In a note through her lawyer, Bruno Ferrulo, Claudia Helena says that “the accusations made by Ana Hickmann with the DEIC are illegitimate and implausible”. According to her, the amount of R$100,000 refers to a bonus for services provided to the former model’s company.

“Regarding the amount of one hundred thousand reais, deposited through TED into your bank account, this is a bonus that was paid depending on the success of new contracts signed, as well as the renewal of pre-existing contracts during the period of 2010 to 2015. It is worth noting that the payment in question was expressly authorized by both partners of Hickmann Serviços LTDA.”, says Claudia’s defense.

“It is important to highlight that Cláudia performed much more than her role as an agent, taking care of the presenter’s properties, including intermediating the hiring of employees for said properties. This fact is known to the entire team and family members of the aforementioned presenter. Cláudia further states that believes in justice and that all these facts will be clarified”, concluded the lawyer for Ana Hickmann’s former advisor.
