TidalWave Comics has added a new comic to its star-studded ‘Fame’ series the famous K-Pop group, BTS.
Within its 22 pages, the new comic chronicles the group’s impressive rise that began in 2013 and was the first to cross the Korean border until their announcement of a hiatus, to serve their military service. The texts are signed by comic writer and journalist Eric M. Esquivel in a unique illustration by Lucy Fidelis.
“Exploring the comic book universe with BTS was an enjoyable journey where every stroke, word and scene became a touch of joy. We have created an exciting story that reflects the brilliance and magic of BTS’ extraordinary journey,” said Fidelis.
According to NMEthe publisher’s ‘FAME’ biographical series now includes more than 60 titles, each chronicling the rise of celebrities such as Adele, Lady Gaga, and One Direction.
The comic will be released in both print and digital formats on January 10th.
