BBB 24: Nizam’s sister defends her brother and criticizes Thaís Fersoza in Chat with eliminated

Hanna Lins, sister of ex-BBB Nizam, 32, defended him during the Chat with the eliminated Globoplay, in the early hours of this Monday (22). An example used by the guest embarrassed presenters Thaís Fersoza, 39, and Ed Gama, 33.

This is because Thaís showed Nizam the videos of his moments that had repercussions outside the reality show. The brother’s behavior – which involved criticizing Yasmin Brunet’s body and judging Alane’s fainting – was considered sexist by the audience and the pair of interviewers.

The eliminated party cried, stated that “it was a huge misfortune” and, at times, nodded in agreement with the presenter’s statements about gender inequalities.

This was the context until it was time to call a family member to speak to Nizam. Hanna was chosen. She said she knew Nizam would apologize for the mistakes “when someone told them”. For the sister, the brother’s error was “structural” and “we need people to point out our mistakes”.

Hanna exemplified the interpretation, “thaís [Fersoza] When I was announcing you, she pulled her tic. She made fun of her tic. Where does this make her better than you? It’s a daily deconstruction, it’s not just machismo. And it all. She pointed out a flaw in you, the same way you pointed out someone else’s flaw,” she said.

There was embarrassment among people in the studio and Hanna’s participation was terminated. Thaís apologized to Hanna and Nizam, but recalled that there were few comments from her sister about her brother’s actions.

The ex-BBB, who was no longer crying, stated: “it doesn’t even compare to you playing with tic and me with an ancient deconstruction [machismo]. That even my sister has already suffered”. After the recognition, Fersoza agreed, “she ended up mixing a lot of things there”, she stated.
