A radio presenter who attended a show by rapper 50 Cent in Los Angeles and who had her head and wrist injured by him after throwing a microphone is now suing the singer.
According to People, a lawsuit was filed against the singer last Thursday (25) after Bryhana Monegain told the court that she still suffers from damage caused by the impact, such as dizziness, nausea and pain, in addition to emotional suffering.
At the time, 50 Cent’s lawyer, Scott Leemon, denied that his attitude had been intentional. “Let’s be very clear, as I told the LAPD, my client would never intentionally attack anyone with a microphone. Anyone who says anything different does not have all the facts and is misinformed.”
During the performance, Cent threw the microphone after realizing it didn’t work. But he ended up hitting the fan in the face who was in a restricted area.
At the time, Monegain was taken by ambulance to hospital with a cut on her forehead and pain in her left wrist.
Since then, she claims to feel sensitive to light and sound. The radio presenter also wants financial compensation for the time she had to be away from work.
