Ana Paula Renault, from BBB 16, began by recalling that, in her edition, the restrictions were much greater: “When these cabins discover that before Xepa there was only rice, beans and guava paste, little heads will explode.” Now, the group is entitled to rice, beans, flour, eggs, brown sugar, oxtail, gizzards, liver, beef tongue and vegetables.
The former BBB also recalled that the production included more proteins after Geralda spent four weeks in the “Tá com Nada” group, as Xepa was called. “It was because of her that they started putting kids on supplements.”
Gil do Vigor, success of BBB 21, said that, in his edition, there was already more variation on the menu, but the food was more restricted: “On 21, it was food in small quantities. One cookie a day. Not packages, units. But food It’s never been a problem for me.”
Elana Valenária, from BBB 19, says that the diet caused her trauma: “To this day, I can’t look at a guava paste without shaking.”
Jean Massumi, from BBB 3, recalled that the whole house could stay at Xepa: “In my time it was the whole house… It was rice, beans and guava paste for everyone. If we couldn’t get proof of the food, it was a general diet” .
He said he lost 9 kg while on the program and also told how the participants desperately waited for food at parties: “The day of the party arrived (Wednesday and Saturday) and I was desperate for proteins.”
